Small gestures can go a long way when it comes to professionalism. A big part of impressing your client is to maintain a good level of communication with them from the time the event is booked until it is all done and over. Pay attention to details, make sure you understand what the client expects you to play, and never get too intoxicated!
Also, as we mentioned above, your next paying client could be in the crowd, so be personable to everyone in the room.
Here's a snip-it of a review from and amazing couple!
Dan & Amanda Dachroeden
Matt was a fantastic DJ to work with. He really takes the time to get to know the bride and groom which meant a lot to us. My fiance met with him the first time because I was out of town and he wanted to get a feel for how Matt was. The two of them really hit it off. Then I met with Matt a few weeks later to book his service for our wedding. Before our meeting, he emailed me his contract so that I could review it and ask any questions if I had concerns. At our meeting we went over the contract, which was very detailed, and then we started to go over the possible timeline for our reception.
In short... find a professional #WeddingDJ and book them quickly! The investment will be worth it!
